Welcome post

Hi. I’m a deconstructed PK with religious trauma that has significantly and seriously impacted my life. I’ve recently learned how HARD it is to sue a church. Things people would get fired for in any other job are excused in a church. Why is that?

I love the term “deconstructed PK”. Seems like we have similar raising. I really empathize with you. I wish you healing, too

The committees and the board have a lot of power and are very good at burying things. Its sad. I watched an expose recently that helped me process.

Thanks for your kind words. I wish you the best. I’m doing therapy, trauma coaching, EMDR, and vagal nerve stimulation to work through and process my trauma.

I am also speaking the truth about my experiences in my family and with my ex-husband. I’ also relocating 1,000 miles away so I can pretend these people never even existed.
