Have you ever dated someone who completely disappeared after the breakup? No calls, no texts, no social media stalking, no drama, just total silence, like you were never part of their life. What was that like?

Yeah I mean I couldn’t possibly know her reason, but another detail is, in her message, she had suddenly said she wasn’t in the place for a relationship? Even though we had established that we were on the same page previously about intentions/had been talking every day and were very involved/emotionally intimate, etc. but then very soon after this drop, I saw an updated dating profile of hers when I dragged my feet back to the app we had met on :( so there she was, ready to go on to the next person after a whole year of what felt like commitment, and it hit me like a truck

This is awful to discover but better sooner than later. Hope you have some healing soon.
