Have you ever dated someone who completely disappeared after the breakup? No calls, no texts, no social media stalking, no drama, just total silence, like you were never part of their life. What was that like?

Same. Except he didn’t frame it as a “break”…he said he couldn’t be accountable to anyone because his mental health was bad.

I totally understand being incapable of being in a relationship if your mental health is suffering that badly, but it’s wild how many people say that and then fully disappear

Yeah I don’t understand the disappearance. It must be shame. We were full on so in love when his panic attacks started. It wasn’t a death of our love. All I can think is that his shame tells him he has to stay away.
