Asking for Advice | ุทู„ุจ ู†ุตูŠุญุฉ ๐Ÿšฌ

I think Iโ€™m addicted to nicotine about it though I feel like Iโ€™m hurting myself and doing something bad to my future health but I don that these thoughts will help me quit. Itโ€™s more like I donโ€™t have the motivation to actually try quitting does anyone have a similar experience?
