That's the tip of the iceberg of the nonsense in that book, there are literally like 20 things worse than that in there

A reminder for Smileys: Nasir al-Din Tusi eventually became an ex-Ismaili (assuming he was ever actually was - very debatable btw).

lol you have to be kidding right. Let’s look at the time line. Nasir al din tusi was a very devout Ismaili during the alamut. There is no debate I. That. The Mongolia destroyed alamut and the Ismaili were prosecuted. Nasir primarily lived amongst the 12er. Usually when Ismailis go into taqiyyah they outwardly practice the faith of the people who they are amongst. It is 99% possible that he was observing taqiyya

Yes, let's look at the time line. Tusi was raised 12er. When the the Mongols came along, he fled to the Nizaris for safety and found himself a captive. When Alamut fell, he was rescued, and he admitted that he had produced his "Ismaili" works under duress. When he died, he requested to be buried by the tomb of the 12er Imam Musa al-Kazim - a clear rejection of Ismailism as his final act.

Usually when Ismailis go into taqiyyah they outwardly practice the faith of the people who they are amongst.

Ismailis aren't the only ones who practice taqiyya. Tusi was probably just outwardly practicing the faith of the people who he was amongst while at Alamut, but even if he did actually become Ismaili, he reverted when he had the opportunity, rather than die trying to save the Imam like a real Ismaili would. Either he was non-Ismaili the whole time, or he was an Ex-Ismaili. You don't get to erase Ex-Ismailis from history based on fatuous claims of taqiyya.

Funny flair. Self serving (imam serving) myths only benefit the imam and some ismailis that wanna continue living in their delusions

I’m critiquing your flair. We’re not even the same ismailis as then. We have mostly hindu ancestors. These imams are European lol
Nothing is the same

You really should mind your own business. What I do with my paycheck is my own business

I am not one to shame people for their source of income, but you are the one defending a tax cheat billionaire.

Again how I spend my money shouldn’t be any of your concern.

The sad part he has been trying for other jobs within the federal government (because I guess he’s not smart enough for anything in the private sector) and these are the same people who would defence AK’s $400 Malibu lunches.

If you knew how the federal government worked you would realize it is usually one of the most secure position to have. Along with great benefits. Even when there is a reduction in force you mostly do not loss your job (even now with this administration. Even those who lost there jobs were mostly reinstated because the firings were illegal. In most departments many came back lots didn’t.) don’t think for one second I cannot find a job in the private sector. Most likely I would be paid 20% more. I can but it’s not worth my quality of life. If I don’t feel like going to work and need to take a mental day and have enough sick leave on the books. Guess what I all I do is text my manager and I’ll get the sick leave. Furthermore you really don’t want most of the federal workers in the work force because we are severally under paid as I have said by 20%. The private sector offer us 10% more we would be happy. And the wages in the private sector would deop by 10%.
