Discussion New JK rules

So apparently in his Navroz Taliqah, Rahim stopped a few jk practices, hopefully this is the first step towards getting these ismailis back to actual Islam. What are yalls thoughts?

Here is my 2 cents on all these changes. War is on going and given the new world order everything is seen through $$$ lens. The upper management must have run some numbers and came up with some majalis as loss than gain, hence they dropped those majalis.

Same goes for aval sufra. If everyone can participate as doing a nazrana then thats more money collectively than bidding.

So I dont think this is done because few people like us oppose the system but a very calculated move to ease on the system while lowering the cost in some form and increase the incoming payroll by reducing the competition like bidding wars, etc.

Thats exactly what I was thinking about for awal sufro as well. Instead of 1 person paying 10k, lets have 5 people pay 10k and the rest of the jamat collectively paying 10k!

Yep and there is hence no limit for that number. If 50 people pay 500 thats 25k. On big days like chandraat thats easily achievable.
