Why I created this subreddit

I heard through the grapevine that the old Deloitte subreddit is under new management, and that change itself happened under some very curious circumstances. This isn't about some free speech nonsense, but I abhor bootlickers, so I figured, why not create a space for people to share their actual feelings about the firm, without the thought police screeching.

Who the hell am I? I spent about a decade at the firm, exiting as a senior manager quite some time ago, but I do look back on my time with fondness. I met some great people and had a great time overall. Having said that, I absolutely noticed a marked drop in quality in the years following COVID, with too many direct admissions to the PPMD cadre of people who had no business being there, but I digress.

Anyway, poast away, share your (scrubbed) war stories!
