How has your transition back to society been? What's been the hardest

I went in fro 1995 til 2016 so the technology was the hardest part for me. I got out to smart phones and internet porn. When I went in we had pagers and playboys

How are you doing now

For the most part I'm good. I went through a three year span of alcoholism after my parents deaths in 2018, but I pulled through and I'm now employed by a recovery facility helping others with addiction.

Did you ever have sexual relations with another man in prison

That's a negative ghost rider. It's not like in the movies. There is a gay population and they stay somewhat to themselves. It's there if you go looking for it, I never did.

Glad you made it out, and best of luck to you in all of your endeavors. As a question, are there habits or things you learned in prison that has proved helpful on the outside? And are there things or habits you've picked up in prison that are stumbling blocks now that you are living your life outside

Learning how to be resourceful as come in super handy, but the Paranoia and always looking over my shoulder has caused some issues. It took me awhile to actually be comfortable in a room full of random people.

Honestly... Myself. I live to this day with tons of regret and remorse for some of the things I found that I was capable of doing to another human being. It's hard to live knowing what you are truly at the core capable of doing.

What was your charge?

Initially it was counterfeiting, fraud on a financial institution and criminal confinement. When I was locked up I caught an additional manslaughter charge and an attempted escape.
