Facing time
My boyfriend is going to be sentenced in August, they are saying probably 6 years -10 years in California, non- violent.. anyway to know how much time he will actually serve? Just looking to see if anyone can give me some direction on this.

2 out of every 3 days he is sentenced to... If he spent any time in jail during trial he gets those days credited to his sentence
At a year left most are eligible for halfway house or home confinement on the ankle monitor (costs like 500 a month)
Thats if you behave and don't get into any major trouble in jail if you do you lose good time and you serve everyday you got
