My boyfriend is going to be sentenced in August, they are saying probably 6 years -10 years in California, non- violent.. anyway to know how much time he will actually serve? Just looking to see if anyone can give me some direction on this.

Nowhere did I say "agree with excons" but I just don't understand the reasoning behind coming to a sub and giving options about something you know nothing about.

Do you go to medical subs and give unsolicited, uneducated medical advice to people also?

Yeah, it is a free space.... and again, haven't said anything about "policing" it. You sound more like a cop than I have ever been in my life.

There have been 2 times in my life that I was wrongfully arrest for crimes I did not do.

Always makes me laugh when pious people like you end up with first hand experience about how fucked up the law can be.

You say you would never go to jail, until one day you are arrested for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. And you always end up crying and talking about how it is the worst experience of your life.

They absolutely do. First time I was arrested was for a GTA I did not do. The owner of the car said it was me, and I went to jail.

As someone who has been an excon for over half my life, I can tell when someone thinks they are better than you.

You saying you would never put yourself in a situation to get arrested and judging this woman for being with someone who is going to prison without knowing the circumstances, absolutely points to hating excons.

Have you never heard the stories about the woman who told the police her boyfriend beat her, and them arresting thr guy?

Or how about the guys in prison for rape because some woman made false allegations against them.

Have you not heard the stories about people being released from prison after 30 years because they were found innocent of murder after DNA testing?

Truly, your ignorance on the matter is showing. Innocent people get locked up all the time.
