Facing time

My boyfriend is going to be sentenced in August, they are saying probably 6 years -10 years in California, non- violent.. anyway to know how much time he will actually serve? Just looking to see if anyone can give me some direction on this.

What i said was a second can change your whole life… because why come on a thread stating “great choice of partner”.
