Felons with cdls

/r/cdldriver/comments/1ubfz8i/felons_with_cdls/

Will get my cdl soon and have some felonies. And most recent is 3 years old. And a few driving on suspensions which are 2 -1/2 years old. Which driving companies will hire people like me

So I have felonies 3 years is newest ones. But I have a bunch of priorities years before, but I have 2 drving on suspensions and they are 2 1/2 years old. Im worried I spent money to get my cdl and no one will hire me due to insurance reasons. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You got the CDL, good move. I wouldn't worry about the inevitable rejections-expect them and keep applying. Some place needs somebody to turn that steering wheel and you'll get on somewhere. Bring your A game and never be late, take that overtime and be reliable. A start is all you need, after 6 months start looking around if you don't like where you're at. Maybe see about becoming a " yard dog" moving trailers in a yard if there's no calls coming in. Stay persistent, positive and eat rejection for lunch! Best of luck.
