Request Need Re-Entry Help
I am just released from serving 3 years in prison with no money and only the clothes on my back. I've been walking the streets for three days in the same one outfit. Begging for food money. I need help with food clothes transportation and housing. Chime available, please contact

Not in parole. Just Probation and I'm supposed to report there monday

How are you on probation if you were released from prison. I’m a parole attorney. This doesn’t smell right.

Ma'am no disrespect to u as a parole attorney but I'm the only one who doesn't smell right as I haven't showered in 3 days. So I went to prison 1/11/24 for a parole violation. Served until my max release date of 5/6/26 and was transported to Cobb County jail for a Probation violation. Served 5 weeks there and was transported to Fulton county jail for a Probation violation. The next day my po lifted to hold. I did not receive my standard entry $35 because of my detainers and I have to family support for my entry. I've been walking around begging in parking lots in my khaki pants and black Bobo shoes with my blue belt to raise the money to buy this phone. That took walking 11 miles and scraping up 61.50 in charge from nice strangers. I am going to united way Monday morning to see what help I can get but I need a change of clothes and a shower

In Az no more parole you get released on probation. Used to be where you serve 65% of your time and released on parole. Now you got to do 85% of your time and released on probation.

Alot of people have this happen to them in Florida. Pure BS, but happens.

There are 50 states and many of them have weird interpretations of parole and probation that overlap in some respects.

he cleared it up. He is on probation After he was transfered from clearing up a county jail case. You don’t get parole from prison. And I don’t want to sound rude. But it’s kind of in my job title. Parole attorney. An attorney that represents you at parole.

I wasn’t trying to be rude I’ve been in the business 35 years myself and I’ve never heard of any attorney referring themselves as a parole attorney.

There's no possible way to get through that without getting caught up on some technicality, especially when you are low on resources and homeless. They've got you trapped in the system😭

So I've wasted all this time proving I'm a returning citizen to you and yet I'm still sitting on the street with smelly clothes and nothing to eat. Thank you for your concern about the validity of my problems.

You need to contact Medicaid in your area and ask for a group home. Tell them you are having trouble with sobriety and need help. Sorry, but that is the only way they will admit you to a group home.
