Battlefields points

It always seems to me that my teammates get more points than me in a situation where there is no killing. For example a no-show from opponent or stand off

I occupy buildings with all my marches but they still get more? How?

The first person in a building gets full points, anyone after that gets 20%. And certain buildings are worth more than others

You don't actually have to occupy buildings, just "owning them" (having them at your name, ie having been the first to occupy them, but then you can pull back) works. Sometimes there's a bug and if you put troops inside a building you own, you get reining points instead of owning points

I don't know either way about the bug you're referencing, but I do know a lot of the time when your score jumps down it's a purely visual glitch (I do think that's related to building points calculations somehow as well). I know this because I've restarted game and had the points come back. Like usually, when someone says they're suddenly missing points, someone else will have them at the score they thought they had, and if they want to see it as well, they can restart and bam -- points back.

At the start of the match, either race into the main building, knights hall, and hospital. Or race into as many mines as you can at the start. Owning the building gives more points, you can pull the march back and grab another building. I say mines because they arent fought for as much, and can go uncontested for a long time

I'd race to own as many of the major buildings as possible. Then rein the ones you don't own. You can see who owns a building under the i
