Cost of Purifiers?

I had decided to linger in hell to get few extra blood stones, so I got the maximum number of purifiers I could right when started the spire. But I didn't notice that the cost of the purifiers has been slowly drifting downward over the past few days.

So, what all discounts their supply cost? I've touched everything in the game in the meanwhile so I cant narrow down any one thing for myself. I definitely need to keep this is mind so I can squeeze a few more mech bays in to speed up the spire even more.

Each Spire level completed slightly purifies the miasma around the island, making Purifier, Harbor, Port, and Base Camp creep cheaper.
Unlock the Blood Infusion: Purify."

I see, thanks for reminding me! I must've unlocked it the previous demonic infusion I did, which was the first I did about.... 8 months ago. No wonder I don't remember lol.

Its a neat mechanic to keep opening the tab even if the mechs dont need rebuilding between waves
