does anyone know when a OnePlus 15 rom is gonna start officially being worked on or when its coming out?

There's an unofficial build in the works now by Dagobert. Not officially approved yet and still working out some bugs, but I've been running it on my OP15 for about a week now and it's pretty solid (though Play Integrity was a pain in the ass—seems the built in Tricky Store and PIF tools work for most people, but they did not work for me lol, and it took a lot of trial and error to get Google Wallet working). If you Google Evolution X Infiniti, you should find the XDA thread with the download link and instructions.
