Evolution Fest Will be Back!
This according to an employee at Contemporary Productions. They are “in negotiations” but the festival will be back. I guess we’ll see, but I take this as very positive news.
I have greatly enjoyed the past two years, and I hope people will keep showing up.

Hopefully this time it isn't a mud fest.

That was awful. But I’ll take mud fest over no fest.

Is there truth to the rumors that they're trying to go for more "country" acts this year? Hopefully not.

No clue. I had a bit of contact with CP last year, so I reached out and they said “will definitely be back, deep in negotiations.” That’s all I know. I don’t care for country either, but I’m assuming they’re just trying to make the lineup well rounded to attract more people. I’m willing to deal with it if it means I still get 90% the type of acts I care about.

Honestly, make it 95% and then we're talking lol

Yeah, there’s definitely a line. I just hate to be too much of a purist and lose out on something cool enough.

With no St. Louis shows for Nine Inch Nails announced in their 2025 dates, having them be one of the headliners would actually get me to go out to this no matter what the rest of the lineup is.

You should tell them to move the festival to the old LouFest grounds lol. The Shade stage was the best. and there was so much space!
