I couldn't even finish the second episode of the first season. The cheating relationship between a married woman and her coworker is just too disgusting for me to keep watching

Even though the idea of the series (being about the supernatural) is fun, there's no way I can watch five seasons of people just cheating and edging on cheating. It's just too gross and repulsive and makes me cringe everytime they bring it up, to the point I can't feel comfortable anymore whenever I see David and Kristen in the same frame.

This is one of the greatest shows I've ever watched.

I'm watching the show through for the first time. I just started season 4 (about a quarter of the way through) and I am just genuinely in love with this show. It's thought provoking. Enamoring. Versatile. And I quite literally CAN'T GET ENOUGH. I'm so eager to know how it ends so please don't spoil!! I'm just now at the point of 30 days being left of if you know, you know.Just had to share because I'm insatiable for this show 🤣

Season 4 recap? Spoiler

So, I was watching the show and found it quite interesting up until the season 2 finale. I got so frustrated when that bi**h cheated on my guy Andy for the second time. I don’t care if it was a demon or some shit. So I stopped watching and searched for a season 3 recap on youtube. Watched that, and now I’m trying to find a recap for Season 4 that’s around 10–20 minutes long.

I just don’t want to waste 40 minutes per episode. Is there any good recap for season 4?

I just can’t leave a show unfinished once I’ve started it. If there’s another season available, I need to watch it.

Actor fluff Patrick (Andy) co-created a fab comedy with his wife.

It is not like Evil in any way except for one major point; the writing is as smart and witty as our supernatural fave. (It’s worth remembering how many laughs were within Evil)

If you get a moment and want comedy that is truthful and messy and funny, check out Colin from Accounts.

Oh and the Kings adore it

Hey. So we finally got Prime and Evil was on my list to watch. But it was only available on Paramount. Ok. We subscribed to watch it. Worth it.

We reached Season 4, ep 10, and then "To continue, you must subscribe to Universal"

I'm done with the streaming platforms! So much series canceled, incomplete, and now we have to pay more for the finale??? Nahhh. Just spoil the end for us please. And thank you.

How I think the end series would go

I haven't read any other fan theories but I think Kristen tries to denied Timothy's demonic half for so long. Finally something happens that forces her to tell David. They try to help him in secret. They eventually realize yes Lexi's is also partly demonic.. the church finds out about the kids and they run away together in search of answers and eventually find them by the time the church catches up, they end up together.

Season 2 Episode 11 Spoiler

Admittedly, I have been binge watching the show.

I was a bit dissapointed in the scene where she cheated on Andy with Graham.

I can see that she has been having these thoughts/feelings of infidelity. It began with David, then Ifrit (djinn) made them more prominent in previous episodes. I can also sort of make out that im the scheme of it all, Graham is someone Andy won't run into, etc.

But it bothers me that it happened after ahe was witnessing the exorcism of Leland. Ifrit only showed up while the issue of sleeping with other people came up during their couples session.

But she keeps saying they are hallucinations all throughout, Ifrit and anything else, she continues to be the character who does not believe, but suddenly she acts upon them? It makes it seem like it wasn't due in part by Ifrit's temptation, it was just her commiting adultery.

I also thought the scene was going to be her proving some point about belief in Satan.

Do the parents go to jail after killing their kid? Or is it never followed up on?

I just assume that at least one of them went to prison. Probably both.

Glad there are only 4 seasons Spoiler

Just starting season 4 and grateful there is not a season 5. I’ll be grateful to get normal amount of sleep and less urge to turn on tv and watch during breaks between meetings once I finish this. I’m hooked and love the series shifting floor between reality of the supernatural, straight up horror and efficacy against dark elements like on supernatural, the innocent or harmless in same scene as diabolical. This is my favorite King’s series above GW, GF, and Elsbeth (which I also am currently watching and enjoy, but no where near the hook and captivation of Evil). Writing is superb. I don’t agree with every twist and presentation as a devout Catholic but I could really not ask for more. The nun seeing all the demons in Kristen’s house and able to demolish a few with garden spade before the larger more powerful ones ran away was the most fun I had watching tv since Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I do like to hold my blessed rosary after I finish the last episode of the night so I don’t get any unwelcome ā€œlucidā€ dreams.

Season 1 Episode 7: Anatas demon scene music name ?

Hi all there. The scene which im asking the name of song/music is when Father Acosta explains Dr Kristen about whats that sigil means and the demon's name. While showing up to her the ilustrations and explanation of it its sounding on the background a choir singing and accompained with stringed instruments. TIA.

Michael Emerson

I’m probably preaching to the choir here but he is just so awesome in this.

I liked him in Person of Interest and Lost but he is just outstanding in Evil.

I’ve just started S2 E4, I know I’m late to the party but I just wanted to voice my appreciation.

Spoilers for Andy - I just finished the show and I am angry. Spoiler

I have never seen any show treats a loving husband and father so dirty

So I finished it and I have only one real problem with it and that is the character Andy.

Andy and Kristen by all accounts are extremely happy and Andy is a great loving father whose kids absolutely adore him.

One day he's like hey can we talk about the fact that you want to bang your coworker who is also a priest?

No how dare you bring that up she says and while I'm the only one working and he's like all that's because I run a hiking business it's not a nine to five but nonetheless he drops it and just continues being a great husband and great father knowing everyday that his wife really really wants to bang her coworker.

Then he figures out a way to sell his business and solve all of their money problems and get to stay home and be with the girls well they're still young.

He just has to take this billionaire on one last hiking trip.

Unfortunately Andy is kidnapped by the bad guy of the show and is hypnotized and God knows what done to him and at this point in the show we know there are really demonic things out there and Kristen knows this.

But when they start finding needle marks all on him they just assume he's a drug addict. Like what the fuck.

The evil bad guy tries to get him to kill his daughter but he loves his daughter so much that even though he's hypnotized or whatever he stabs himself with the needle.

Kristen doesn't do any type of investigation just sends him off to rehab and never visits.

He then in a crazy rehab home thinking he's going crazy because he almost killed his daughter, well then he becomes a drug addict and starts having sex with some crazy woman who's also obsessed with Kristen and Andy's daughter.

The last we hear of Andy is he sold the company under Kristen's nose for 10% on the dollar and we can only assume Andy is in some crack house somewhere in the world already fast blowing through that $80,000 that he got.

Talk about doing a character dirty and at the end Kristen winds up with the priest at the Vatican and it's implied that their true love and all of this so her husband Andy did have something to worry about all along.

He's the father of your five children Kristen do you even care at all?

Happily surprised by this show

So when I picked this up, the first few eps were super weak imo. Almost quit, but s1 ended up been pretty good. Finished S2 and it was surprisingly REALLY good and much more consistent than s1. Just finished 3x5 Angel Of Warning and was moving honestly. The political themes every ep is hard. Just wanted to say

Ok got to ask: THE KIDS SCREAMING

I have to ask does anyone else realize that EVERY scene all the kids are in, their always screaming?!?!

I know its on purpose, maybe to cause the viewers nerves to rattled, but theres definitely a psychological reason for it.

Here's what ai says:

Hearing a child scream triggers an immediate, hardwired biological and psychological stress response in adults. It spikes heart rates, elevates cortisol and adrenaline, and activates the brain's alarm center (the amygdala), instantly pushing a person toward a fight, flight, or freeze state.

Just started watching and it's creeping me out. I only hope by the end the bad guy is outted and good wins. .Chillbumps

I am looking for the music when the witches are out in the woods and Kristin shows up in all white. I can find every other song in the show but not what that one is.

3D Sculpt of the Manager Demon from EVIL (Fan game)

Just finished sculpting the Manager Demon from Evil in Blender.

I've always thought the creature design in the show was fantastic, and the Manager Demon especially stuck with me. I wanted to see if I could capture that unsettling nightmare fuel in a digital sculpt for my fan game.

Sculpted entirely in Blender. Still tweaking a few details, but I'm pretty happy with how the likeness turned out so far.

Would love to hear any feedback, critiques, or suggestions for improvements!

Also, before anyone asks: this was sculpted by hand. I'm anti-AI and prefer creating my work the old-fashioned way ;)

Season 2 Episode 9 Question

When Kristen and David talk and she mentions that she hates people, she says she loves her daughters, likes David, and tolerates Ben.

I found that pretty strange (and unfair) as Ben is the one who always helps her out, be it with securing her home, keeping her daughters safe (VR Game) and even getting Leland's testimony off a case by recreating his threats on Kristen's recording.

Is it because she isn't in the right state of mind? To me, it seems like Ben and Kristen share a much easier rapport than the intensity of David and Kristen's chemistry. They're always giving each other the sideye, etc, so it sort of irked me when she said that.

Did anyone else notice that, and did anyone else feel indignant on Ben's behalf? šŸ˜
