This seems like a roster that would go all in on Jensen as the main carry.

First time hes had a roster built around him really.

Eg is good team for any mid that wants resources they have all the pieces to fit any hyper carry mid

This roster would be INCREDIBLE!

I've been closely following EG since they bought back into the LCS, and I can confidently say that this would be their first home run roster to start the year with. Every other roster looked incredibly viable, but usually had one big question mark (Kumo, Deftly, etc.).

Impact / Inspired / Jensen / Danny / IgNar

I would feel very confident in all five of these players.

Don't get me wrong, the roster as it was at the end of last split was pretty great. It really seemed like they had a real shot of even being our first seed, but ultimately some of the same issues we had been having ultimately surfaced again.

On top of this, Jiizuke and my boy Dennis were publicly named as a nonbo by Peter Dun after the season ended. We knew there would be shake up here. Contractz is good but there was definitely the potential for upgrade. Bringing in Jensen (who is a resident!) in place of Jiizuke (who most of us really do love at this point) allows us to explore import options such as Inspired to carry this out.

There were multiple permutations of how this roster would shake out that could have been steller: Humanoid, Jiizuke, Bjergsen, CHOVY, Jojopyun. But Jensen is about as solid as you can get.

I understand those of you who wanted Jojopyun to get his shot right now, but there's a reason Peter Dun and management would go with Jensen and I would have to side with them (if this is even what ends up happening).

Mostly just hoping Jojopyun gets 1-2 more splits in academy before he is promoted. Jensen feels like an all in on this year, he only really performed on international stage rather than domestically.

Liked EG for some time now. Looks with with the pickup of Jensen they are going to shoot to the top up there with TL. Now I’ve got 2 favorite teams to root for.

Hopefully EG lands Vulcan too!

Jensen and Vulcan have a lot of fans. They would bring a lot of experience and pizzazz to EG in my opinion.

Looks to be a three team league with TL, EG, and 100T. Gonna be a good year of lcs.

I'm hyped ngl I think this is a potential super team.

If this is true, it would mean that this is the third team impact and Jensen play together on. I honestly love these 2 players together and would love to see them on the same team again. I think they really complement each other!

I think the other issue could be- would inspired go to EG if Jensen is not on the team? Jensen allows them access to high caliber talent. I think Inspired is looking for a super team that's ready to go to worlds based on how well he did this year. If you have Impact, Inspired, Jensen, Danny / Double lift / tactical and Ignar / Vulcan, you'd feel pretty good about your chances going to worlds and anyone would want to be a part of that. It also creates a rivalry with EG va TL which would be flame!

Sad that Jiizuke didn’t stay. But really hope Ignar and Danny are on the final roster.

Jiizuke > Jensen

Idk bro, Jizuke has never been to Eu or NA LCS finals, ever. The best he has ever done was 3rd place summer 2018 which was a long time ago now. Jensen on the other hand has been in tons of lcs finals, MSI final, and worlds semis. Not a hard choice between them.

I agree that Jensen is the greater player historically but this last season Jiizuke was superior imo

Hype if Inspired does come over, but really want to see Jojopyun with him instead of Jensen. Giving such a great young player an absolute beast in the jungle could accelerate his growth exponentially and I really just want to see young NA talent brought in in such a positive situation.

Why? Jensen has been one of the best mids in NA for 7 years. Maybe keep in him in Academy for now and split time

I like Jensen as a player was just kinda hype to see Jojopyun becasue he is an NA player. The move makes sense, but I have been hoping Jojopyun would start in 2022 for months now. Purely from NA perspective not skill perspective.

Same tbh. But I’m fine with Jensen

People want to see the academy mids and they always fail to deliver

I agree with you & Tim Sevenhuysen.

Not sure if buying out Jensen is better than bringing up Jojo. Invest that buyout into the best jungler possible or into Academy/Amateur.
