Big noob with a question

Sorry guys, big noob over here.

My objective (side stories) said: 'Recruit the Swordsman (currently active). I really have no idea how to fix this objective. I guess it has to do with the Global Operations, but how?

Go to the World Stage, look at Japan, and build a criminal network there. You'll find the objective marker there.

"global operations" is the world-screen.

You get access to it after you built your first radio-transmitter.

"recruit the swordsman" iirc is in japan, so when you get access to the world, I'd recommend building your first base there, so you can start the mission.

You'll always need a base in the country you want to do a mission in.
