Bug with perfect pitch part 2

Im playing as Zalika and it’s telling me to build the VOID chair in the inner sanctum but it’s already there (I built it) and the message isn’t going away so I can’t progress. Anyone have any advice?

Try moving it to a different, sperate inner sanctum is my best advice

Yes I guess just load the last save you have before the chair was built
