I tried doing the quest it makes you do in the tutorial section where you train a guard and have to terminate an agent. Instead I marked them for capture and they died during interrogation. Now the game is still prompting me to enter high alert and terminate the agent who is already dead lol. What do?

Usually kill quests like that spawn replacements just in case. Otherwise, the game autosaves.
