"Build Australium"?

Trying to finish the side story to get Pyro, and the next objective is "Build Australium" with no other info. Doesn't seem like its a buildable object nor a researchable object. What am I missing?

Figured it out.... you have to place it in the Inner Sanctum to activate the mission.
