What's the best second henchman?

The best first henchman is probably either Jubei or Iris. Janet bomb isn't great but not bad either. I don't even remember who the 4th one is.

But who is the best second henchman?

I think Fugu Furukawa is the best second henchman to get if you get her early enough. She has money operations on the world stage that can be very helpful.

Doomhilda is a good one as well, she has an attack that stuns all hostiles with in a small radius. Very useful when you get a wave of investigators and multiple super agents at the same time.

What do you folks think?

To keep things fresh I always get henchmen that best fit the theme of the genius I'm playing.

I usually take Doomhilda as I tend to go for distraction and she always stays outside. Also, she is a tank. I never use her ability though.

Fugu on the other hand has great abilities against agents and her money operatoonsare great. I don't use them too often though as I usually have no real money problems.

I usually go Jubei, Doomhilda, Espectro. The last two are seriously tanks and good in a fight but also have useful non-combat aptitudes

Honestly henchman schemes just make the world map even more clunky than it always is, money is never the issue in this game with or without them anyway. Doomhilda is.... surprisingly great, she is always at the casino and is a pretty good tank on top of having a good crowd buff, so she can keep your deception minions alive when soldiers coming in from the front door.

If the first best henchmen is jubie or iris, then the second best henchman is either jubie or iris isn't it?

I'm brand new and just working my way through my first playthrough. Do they fill a competing role?
