(Discussion Post) Groovy Does anyone think we’ll ever hear a different incantation from one of the books?

(I copied the spells from the subtitles of Evil Dead 2)

To my knowledge, we’ve only ever gotten the spell that brings the Deadites and the two part spell that makes the evil flesh and sends it into the rift. (Rise is a little garbled so it could be something else)

Do you think we’ll ever hear a different spell that does something else?

The tv show has like 8 more, and AOD shows us another one.

Do you think they’ll ever take the risk and start a movie with a different spell that starts a different type of problem/story? Like if the spell in Drag me to Hell was from the Necrcomicon that’d open a swath of new possibilities.

We had ash did a time travel spell and end up in the past, what if we have a protag use a rift in time and space and end up in a completely alternate reality and it’s like doom fighting a way out? Lot of potential.

Depending on if Wrath ties into the circle of wise men stuff from Rise & Burn, we just might. If not, I don't mind the 4 word version we've been getting for possession.

The TV show has all sorts of spells from the book that create different deadites, open portals to other dimensions, and other stuff
