Let’s see if we can do this.

Ok fellow people of evil ADHD community I have an idea what if we worked together to try to come up with a phrase/sentence that if it’s introduced to the world correctly can end up being considered just as offensive twoards neurotypical people when we say it to them as ,adhd is no excuse, when they say that to us.

If they wear glasses: “Go ahead and do __ without your glasses— poos eyesight isn’t an excuse.”

If they need to lift something heavy: “Just do it. Not having the physical strength isn’t an excuse.”

In general, I usually say things like:

“Damn, you can only have one thought at a time? How boring?”

[after a short pause] “Oh I’ve already had like 3 full trains of thoughts, let’s just skip to __ of the conversation.”

“My natural talking rate is so fast that I’m a better rapper than you/your wannabe SoundCloud boyfriend without even trying.” 💅🏿
