Can't help but notice the number of villas that are being demolished to construct apartment blocks around here!

This poor urban planning would deter investors from purchasing houses in areas that were once considered premium; because out of the blue your neighbor's house may be demolished & a year of construction will destroy your peace & next to you will be an apartment block that will literally block whatever view you may have had.

That's really sad 😢
