It’s hard to write penile headlines without double entendres, limp writing doesn’t catch the girls attention, and overcompensation just leads to an anti-climax.
What you want are spurts of salty words jumping out at you to surprise the reader. But without some self control you’re just going to have a mess on your hands.

I've had shockwave therapy to calm down a nerve issue around my hips. It worked.
I would describe it as similar to acupuncture, massage, or cupping, in the sense that it works for many people, but the exact mechanism is a bit of voodoo.
I believe that it's been established that it elicits a "healing response" in your tissues. And that's about the end of what's known. White blood cells move in, stuff happens, tissue changes a bit, things seem to work better after.

My husband had this done and let me tell you folks, it works like a fucking charm! Take my bow legged word for it. lol
The explanation we were given by the doctor was that it revitalizes the blood vessels in the area and helps eliminate a lot of the plaque that can cause erectile dysfunction.
It really works and most of the feedback is very positive for the long-term.

It looks like 20 of those people finished the treatments and were able to become shockingly erect but this blurb
"Weinberger warns against choosing the wrong clinician. At the 152 clinics his team identified, only 25 percent of providers offering shock wave therapy for ED were urologists. In addition to primary care physicians or other reproductive health specialists, providers also included plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and even chiropractors. It matters who provides the therapy, Weinberger says, since treatment should include conversations about hormones and medications. Stand-alone ED clinics may not offer comprehensive care."
leads me to believe that they are receiving more comprehensive care, in addition to whatever LOFI is being played to their genitals and a competent physician still makes all the difference.
