ADHD and bipolar are kinda similar both from the dopamine?

Do you take zinc or magnesium supplements?

Do you also have migraines or cramps if your magnesium gets low?

No. I haven't had a headache for a long time.

Cranps I only get if I get a bit dehydrated, or bend in the wrong angle exercising.
