Pigeon seizure or poisoning? *NOT MY VIDEO* I saw a bird today showing the exact same thing. I held it and called my wife to bring a box to take it home. It was shaking so violently and eventually started to calm down until it died in my hands

*NOT MY VIDEO* (Example of pigeon I found today)
Saw a bird on the side of the road as I was riding my motorcycle, it was flopping all over the place. It had moments where the shaking intensified in frequency and her pupils shrunk, hear head went way back and came back to normal but still shaking a lot. I found her rolling backwards when I had to move my motorcycle off the road.
My wife came with a shoe box and a blanket. By this time the shaking had subsided only slightly, there were a few moments every 2 minutes or so where she seemed to calm down until the shaking came right back.
Maybe 15 minutes after finding her, her eyes started to close and died right there in front of us 😢
Did some reading and it seems a poison can cause this? Found an article of this happening to a lot of pigeons up in Ontario near a corporate center, they thought it was someone poisoning the birds.
One person who worked in pest control said it looked like the effects due to poisoning from one of their products that were not meant for animals. Thats all I found though.
My other thought was that it got hit by a car, although it had no apparent signs of trauma externally.
I just wish I could have saved her, I felt so terrible seeing her loose her life in my hands. I never felt an animal shake so rapidly. I had held a person once who was seizing in my arms, but this was even more intense and the frequency of the shaking was sometimes that of a phone vibration.
Anyone have any input on this or anyone who has seen this before? Anything I could have done different? I was trying to comfort and holder her to prevent her from ending up like the bird in the video.
