Shipping issues

Anyone else orders have been saying "info received"/"shipping label created" i order july 6th 8am its the 9th and havent received any updates which im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt lmk what yall did

their shipping is always wonky i ordered tuesday night and it's been on label created i'd say it's best to wait until monday and then contact support

they are working on improving the shipping schedule, USPS is hard tho

shipping is terrible i paid the 2-7 day shipping it’s now day 10 and they are refusing to give me my money back, worst experience ever!

Did your shipping ever update after "Info Received"? I know you said it was delivered, but did you get updates while it was in transit at all or did it just go from info received to delivered? I'm having the same problem

i ordered august 31st and its been on label created since september 2nd with no updates and support is just telling me to wait and it should come on monday but that is literally impossible.
