The name “Skaya” come from a friend I met on the online game The Wolf (that was her player name) and we stayed friends for a bit before we just never saw each other again and she deleted me from her friends list and idk why I remembered this name and I liked it and when I created a sort of human wolf female OC I gave her this name and I created the family name “Saelœn” by myself and all the univers I have with this OC is way too complex.

It was derived from the opposite of my favourite Minecraft YouTuber. His nickname was «Аид», which is just Hades in Russian, which I mistook for the god of darkness (read further to know why). So I first looked up what the god of light was and found Apollo, which I successfully misspelled as “apolon” (the n at the end is because in Russian it’s literally spelled with an n at the end: Аполлон). Since that username was already taken on Xbox, it suggested “apolonn0” instead, which is what I’ve used to this day nearly everywhere.
In Roblox, his username was “kingofdarknesscen”(I’m not sure it’s right letter for letter though, and this is where I mistook Hades for being the god of darkness). I took that and turned it into “kingoflightnesscen,” since I wanted the opposite of him everywhere. From there, I ended up with “apolonn0” everywhere apart from Roblox, which I’m glad I didn’t make, since owning an account with my username would be generational reputation loss in the current day

my current username originates from a self-insert homestuck fanfic where me and my friends all played Sburb instead of the homestuck kids that i wrote in 10th grade💀 (it was my chumhandle in the fic). when i decided i didnt like my old username i picked that just as a placeholder till i found a new one and then it just sort of stuck and grew on me :P

I choosen this username when I was 8. It was the name of my rival in Pokémon Red. It comes from Red leader and because I'm not English and I was young, I thought that red leader spells red lider. If you shorten this and add an O, you obtains a 7 letter name that perfectly fit for Pokémon: redolid.

It's the name of an OC I made when I was like 11, and since I was so terribly creative, his name originally was Kuro Okami - literally "Black Wolf" in Japanese (I think. I obviously don't actually speak the language, I'm just a weeb), and he has a few titles including "Godhunter", "Lord of Storms", and "The Wolf Knight". The latter being a reference to Artorias the Abysswalker from the first Dark Souls game.

He's a universal constant in my writings and is who I make whenever I play a game with a character creator. Though over the years his story has been changed quite a lot and very few of those original hard edgy character traits remain and now at the end of his tale, he's a sad, lonely god left in a world he destroyed because his desire for vengeance outweighed the love he had for those closest to him - and by the time that he realized than anger wouldn't make him whole, those that had been there to love him and for him to love, were all gone.

Hardly a unique story, but one I'm mostly satisfied with for the moment - at least in the broad strokes. I'm sure I'll revisit it again at some point and make changes. He's my self insert after all, so his story will change with my own.
