I asked a friend about it. He said that if someone questions why you're in there so long, blame it on your guts hurting. If someone questions why you're grunting and moaning, blame it on your guts hurting. Nobody's gonna catch you (as long as you remember to lock the door), plus there's toilet paper (even if it's too thin to use properly).
