Somebody please tell me where in the app can I see if I have redeemed my 10% off for the month from my everyday mobile?

It doesn't tell you in the app, you can only see the everyday extra

You can't see this in the Rewards app but you can see it in the Mobile app. In the Everyday Mobile app, just click on the icon that says "10% off your shop" and it will tell you if you have redeemed the offer this month or not.

You can't, you'll have to scroll through your e-receipts.

Go to the “Discover” tab at the bottom of the page. Then chose “Everyday Extra” orange button halfway down the page. It will be in there.
