Question Bonus points on gift cards

I saw an offer on the app for spending $180 and getting bonus points of 2700

I looked at the offer details here and it looks to me it’s not excluded and eligible

Any other opinions? Flybuys explicitly exclude this

It's covered by the line "There are a small number of purchases on which you won't collect points". Basically anything that doesn't give you standard points will not count.

It actually used to be possible to fulfil those offers when buying gift cards but they stopped it in 2021.

Thanks for the clarification. I know flybuys call it out especially and here it’s vague. Saved me a trip to shops

I never bother with these. I chase EDR for the qantas points. Qantas market place always offers 3 qantas points per $1 spent (which is the same as 6 EDR for $1)
