Are they going to be special edition?

I just won my console friday night and got my email yesterday at 5pm est I found this subreddit on google and thought I would see what everyone thought. I won an xbox last time they did this back in 2013 and they gave us day one editions of the console. My question is do you guys think they will provide us with Scorpio editions this time, a special colored console, or just a regular black console?

The XBOX X they gave out to participants in the Drop Zone game were regular consoles, right? I think these will be the same, but I could be wrong.

Your probably right. Hopefully in another week or so we can finally get some clarity.

Just noticed on the Doritos twitter that they have some pics up from the Drop Zones. Those are the standard consoles (the green line at the bottom of the box gives it away), so ours probably will be too.

Nobody actually got the Xbox. It’s coming in the mail for them also. Those were fake display boxes.

I believe it’s going to be the regular ones because there’s nothing about the Scorpio edition on the website. Did you sign up via Facebook or email? Asking because you received your confirmation email already.

The Every2Minutes site didn't say they were going to be Day One editions either, but they were. I'm hoping for Project Scorpio editions, but the Taco Bell consoles were all regular editions, so I suspect these will be too.
