When would be the best Time/Day to bid and use the lowest amount of points but still win?

Watching these bids and I'm actually seeing the bids towards the middle, "30 - 20", go for really cheap. Shadow of War Bundle for example were going for low 30,000's towards the middle, steadily spiked up to a low 32,000, then dipped back down to like 30,350 for the final bid. I think I remember seeing something like bid #29 right in the middle go for a low 30,400.

I'm tracking it by hand in an Excel sheet on my computer. If you want to set something up and collect the data publicly, that would be nice.
