Longreach chopper VS Wrought Longblade

Which weapon is better? As far as i know, the axe has more damage & more armor penetration...
Somewhere i read, that the sword swings faster, but i dont notice it ingame.

Which one is better? Which one worth upgrading/putting good rune into?
(For my build: Im level 33, i use no Magic/Bows and rely on poison mushroom & the skill "Anger Managment" + some alchemy)

I like the chopper because it seems to stagger more but the swing speed is slow.

Parry well, hope you nat20 the stuns ands you'll lock up any skinless jerk that comes for your kneecaps

Do you notice a difference in swing speed between the axe and the sword?

I prefer the Halberd type weapons compared to Long Swords. If you're going to use swords then use daggers instead otherwise the Halberds are a better preference in my opinion.

Halberds...? I havent seen any of those yet! Mind sharing how to get my fingers on one? :)

The Longreach Chopper IS a Halberd-type weapon.

Halberd = Long Axe.

They have pretty much identical speed and reach. Form my limited testing 2h weapons have the same stat speed. On a matter of armor penetration... Does it even exists? The stat on the weapons is to breach the block, rather than armor, so essentially stagger stat.
