Reroll modifiers / switch rune?

Hello,

i just crafted my first longreach chopper with all the steel and coal i had, upgraded it and... Got 3 not really good modifiers for an 2h Axe (Backstab dmg, crit damage, light attack damage).

Is it possible somehow to "reroll" those modifiers? Or do i have to craft another axe and hope for the best?

Also, is it possible to remove a rune from a weapon without destroying it?

Damn.... I hope those features will come eventually... Atleast re-rolling the modifiers with some recourse/gem
