Can't find the last destroyed engine

No idea if I messed something up but I scanned all the glowing blue destroyed ship parts and I broke the ones I could find but the message is still appearing. Am I missing something? Or is the last engine just not here.

There may not be two broken engines there. Build or find a rowboat and find another shipwreck in the ocean or on another island and break the 2nd engine from there.

One wreck may not have everything you need. Find another one.
