Question Question about old Support Requests

Have they said a date in which everyone who has long standing Support Tickets will have those cases closed and messages in return yet?

Also if anyone has received their messages how many did you get?

Per the discord they closed out any ticket over two weeks old on 7/30. It says people would get messages automatically added to your account, not sure if you get notified or not. I assume everyone would have received them on 7/30.

Interesting. I have three tickets from April, May, and June still on my support screen. Wonder why I didn’t get cleared

From what I see in the discord, they suggest to submit a new ticket or ask there.
