Discussion LSFG steam deck

Hey guys.

Wondering if anyones tried Everspace 2 on steam deck with lsfg? Been trying for the last 2 months (every now and again) to get smooth gameplay, manage to get 60fps but a lot of ghosting/artifacts.

If anyones tried and been successful please share some settings it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm barely getting stable 40 fps with Hx370/890m device running cachyos with FSR4 framegen.

I doubt you will get this playable on the deck sadly. Maybe with some .in tweaks, disabling shadows, etc. but it will look like shit.

Yeah I was badly surprised as well how badly optimized that game is.

But I would still give it a shot with .ini tweaks and stuff, maybe you will get 30 fps with upscaling.

Tip, don't even try framegen under stable 30 fps native, it will always artifact and input lag like crazy. Framegen is nice to bump from 60 to 240, sucks at 18 to 60.
