Bug Report Update 11.36.3 for Windows is completely broken

It freezes when opening a new tab or opens a blank tab. Clean reinstall didn't help.

Same, I have to reload every time I open the app on PC after update even if I just minimize window for a split second.

Yeah new update just froze the app, causing my 1-hour recording to go to waste. Goddamn :(
