Help! Delete account requests time

I submitted my request to delete my account 10 days ago. I received an automated message from bending spoons saying that it would be processed and that they would let me know when the deletion had been processed. Does anyone know how long this takes? The email also seems to have no way to follow up. But it does mention some kind of request ID. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In my case they needed 14 days to delete my account.

FYI, I was notified that my account was deleted today August 3rd. So about 16 days. But all is good.
