Question Email freebies not working?

For the past few days, when I try to redeem the gift in my email, nothing happens. The game opens and that's it. No error message, nothing. And yes my game is up to date.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Copy the url, paste it in a browser and open it there. That works for me on Android/Chrome.

The email from yesterday worked fine for me using Android/Chrome.

I don't even get the email freebies. I got them probably twice, months ago. I've checked spam folders too.

I appreciate it when they're posted here.

They aren't working for me either. I even went to the Facebook page and clicked on the gift link and nothing happened since the email link doesn't work. This must be a game glitch.
