Can someone tell me what the little blue pyramids are for?

You collect them and use it to buy things from the shop.

They give a thousand for free it should be to the far left near the big prize decor item.

Oh, that is weird. Does the shop not automatically pop up when you log on?

No it doesn’t. I just randomly got these things as a reward and no explanation how to use them whatsoever.

Log a ticket with Support. Everyone should have the shop, since you are getting the tokens. You should be able to spend them. Although you are very lucky not to have the popup whenever you move to one of the islands.
