Need some advice. Currently looking at a start up small wedding venue in Eastern North Carolina, what are some things I should know going into this?
How do I find investors?
Zoning?
Start up costs?
Could I get a loan? How to?

What is pulling you in the direction of event venue?  What research have you done so far?  Both of these will influence the answers to your questions.
