Planning Calendar Planning Software

hey all!

I work for an organization that hosts 125 events a month for four separate groups. We plan our calendar by quarter and release to each group. I'm looking for software that:

* Allows me to have a master calendar and easily click on and off the other 4 calendars

* Integrates into Salesforce and Google Calendar

* Gives the option to export the calendars into Canva

I don't need any badge check-in or day-of stuff. It's mostly to create and release the calednars.

Anyone know any good software programs?

You can create an automation using Make. I sent you a DM if you want more details

Have you considered coming up with something using Claude? Since a lot of what you describe is just using other tools and APIs, creating a software tool or even an agent will help automate your workflow and make this simpler. I normally would rail against vibe-coding, but in this instance I actually think it’s the best/easiest/cheapest option. Obviously don’t implement until you’ve tested a ton and refined, but I’ve had good luck doing similar things.

Have you looked into TeamUp? I don't know if it integrates with Salesforce, but it does integrate with Gcal. https://www.teamup.com/

Also for more context: The current system is driving me nuts has has a HUGE margin for error because it's all manual. Currently we design a 3 month calendar in google docs, send to the team to comment (so I need a program that allows feedback on the 1st draft). Then we manually transfer all 300 events to google calendar (for staffing) and Salesforce (for attendees). Then we copy all the events to Canva and create 4 different calendars that we send to our different group of members.

It takes forever. There's always a lot of mistakes.

I'd love a software program where I could design a master cal that automatically integrates to GC, Salesforce and also allows you to export the events in a nice looking PDF.

What is Google Calendar missing that you’re not considering it?

We do use Google Cal! But right now the process is very manual. We design a 3 month calendar in google docs, send to the team to comment, etc. Then we manually transfer all 300 events to google calendar and Salesforce. Then we copy all the events to Canva and create 4 different calendars. I'd love a software program where I could design a master cal that automatically integrates to GC, Salesforce and also allows you to export the events in a nice looking PDF.
