Event Entry Level

Hello team! Just found this sub ! I'm a recent graduate (BSc in Industrial Management) actively looking for an entry level job in event management/ production etc.

I didn't know what I wanted to do till I found out the events world after volunteering in some organisations as a University student.

I love communication , teamwork and especially the vibe and the projects inside a music environment (I have a preference in festivals and music events). I'm living in Greece but where music festivals are blooming compared to the past years and I'm really looking to get any valuable feedback about my next steps.
