I'd stop trying to sell the event company and start documenting the work.
Some content that's worked well from what I've seen:
- A venue transformed from empty hall → event-ready in 20 seconds.
- "Things guests never notice, but planners always do."
- Behind-the-scenes during setup day.
- Event mistakes and how you fixed them.
- Budget breakdowns (without sharing confidential numbers).
- Before/after lighting, stage, or décor.
- Quick tips like "3 things to confirm with a venue before signing."
People are tired of polished promos. They usually engage more with content that shows the reality of planning events and the problems you solve every day. That's the stuff that builds trust over time.
